14 day money back guarantee

All new pram purchases made via phone or online to Australia come with a 14 day money back guarantee! 

If you receive delivery of your pram and are dissatisfied with the product you can request a full refund of the purchase price of the pram within 14 days from the date of delivery. The pram must be in 'as new condition' and is limited to one (1) pram per customer and is only valid to prams that have been ordered directly from Rozibaby.

Please note that freight costs to and from Rozibaby are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items.

damaged or faulty goods

If your Rozibaby product has been damaged during transport, we will gladly replace the product if you contact us within two days of receiving the product.

Postage costs back to Rozibaby are the responsibility of the customer.

To receive a replacement product, the product must be sent to Rozibaby for our team to assess the damage. If the damage is deemed to have occurred in the shipping and handling process, the item will be replaced free of charge.
